Baby Hodgin Bump

Woot woot, our first baby due on Daddy's birthday! What a present that would be!

Like most other Pinterest-loving mommy-to-be's, I wanted to keep track of my growing belly every week using a chalkboard. But I wouldn't be satisfied with an average small chalkboard, so up went the large foam board painted black so I could have {more} space to scribble out my designs. I didn't think to make an introduction board so this was created later on PaintShop, but the rest are completely drawn by hand.

Enjoy!

I didn't start up the chalkboard til I had a bump to back it up! Finally at 16 weeks I started stickin' out a little. After months of being sick, pregnancy was getting fun!

When we asked everyone what their guesses were, we got a lot of pinks and blues. With Harvest starting up (yep, my husband works with farmers), we could not wait any longer to find out!
Baby wouldn't show us his face, but his legs were spread wide open! It's a little man to start our family!

20 weeks down, 20 to go! I have never put weight on easily, and I still eat fairly healthy, so it was a huge shock to see that scale go up! At 126, I've never weighed this much in my life!

I love how this one turned out! I really, really hoped somebody would have a Halloween party so I could wear some kind of cute maternity costume... but no such luck in this boring little town!
At least the chalkboard was fun!

After the major win against the Bears, AND his measurements for this week,
it was just too coincidental not to go with a football theme.
Yes, little man, you'll be born a cheesehead.
Go Packers!

I have so much to be thankful for this year. And I've been craving turkey and potatoes for the last several months. As if this belly isn't full enough in the first place!

Not a momentous week, besides the huge growth spurt this chunk has apparently taken!
Ahh, this belly!
